Clubs
wishing to exhibit must contact Diana Givens not later than August 16,
2000. Each Club Exhibit
meeting the minimum requirements will be awarded $25.00.
Booth size will be the depth of partition and 6 feet in length.
Booth
assignments will be made by the Superintendent.
The Club name must be obviously
placed within booth area after completion of judging.
Each exhibit will be entered as a Club Exhibit.
The Club making exhibit will be responsible for its contents.
Exhibits must be removed from the FCE Department on Sunday,
October 1, but absolutely not before 5 p.m.
The following score card will be used in evaluating exhibits:
