Entries close at midnight September 1, 2000.  Entry forms may be obtained from the Department Superintendent or the Fairgrounds’ General Office and must be on file before closing date.  No exceptions.

Animals will be received Thursday, September 28, from 9 a.m. until 12:30 p.m.  and will be judged at 2 p.m. Friday, September 29.  Animals will be released Sunday at  5 p.m.

The Fair Association shall reserve the right to limit entries to facilities available and may limit the number of entries made by an exhibitor.  Any limits under this rule will be done generally and without discrimination.  The Superintendent shall have full charge of barns, stalls and pens including the assignment of the same.

Exhibitors are responsible to the Superintendent for the cleaning of their stalls and pens.  This should be done twice daily or as frequently as necessary.  The feeding and watering of livestock is the responsibility of the exhibitor.  Exhibitors of individual animals must furnish their own feed boxes and watering buckets. Transportation, feed, bedding (straw) and care of the animals is the responsibility of the exhibitor.  The Fair Association and or the Superintendent, will not be responsible for any loss or damage that may occur to any livestock exhibited.

No premium ribbon decorations previously won by an animal shall be exhibited prior to judging.  All animals in livestock Classes must be owned by the exhibitor.  Each Class may have entries in Lots as listed below the Classes.  In entering, indicate the Class and Lot Numbers.
